SUBSTANCE: transversal fins of blade change (are connected) to fins of vortex matrix in deflector zone on suction surface and on pressure surface and at outlet they change (are connected) to transversal shorter fins in zone of trailing edges. Cooling air passing through system of ducts formed by fins is discharged to trailing edge of blade in way of main gas flow due to transversal shorter fins in zone of trailing edge.
