TRANSFER MATRIX AND BASE FILM, TRANSFER FILM AND DIFFUSED REFLECTION PLATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer matrix good in durability and a base film, a transfer film and a diffused reflection plate using the transfer matrix. SOLUTION: A transfer matrix can be easily produced by forming holes wherein one or more kind of shapes are arranged in adjacent relationship or partially overlapped to the surface of a mold matrix by machining using a diamond bite. This transfer matrix is roughened to produce a transfer matrix wherein a shape roughened at random or a leveled shape is provided on the holes. The shape of the transfer matrix is transferred to a film to be transferred to form a base film and a reflecting film is formed on the base film to obtain a diffused reflection plate. The base film formed by the above mentioned method is used as a temporary support to laminate a thin film layer on the base film to obtain a transfer film and this transfer film is pressed to a permanent substrate so that the surface not laminated to the temporary support of the thin film layer faces to the substrate and the temporary support is peeled to form a reflecting film to the thin film layer to obtain a diffused reflection plate.
