PURPOSE:To measure safely a temp. without disturbing a temp. state of a measuring object in case of human body as the object by utilizing a fact that a transmittivity of a light of a specified wave length of crystal is varied by temp.. CONSTITUTION:Lights of plural wavelengths are made incident alternately to an optical fiber 1 by an optical system using a temp. probe in which one side of a GaAs plane plate is processed to mirror surface and the other unprocessed side is attached to a top end of the fiber 1, a half mirror 6, a white light source 3 and a filter 4 transmitting a specified wavelength. The light passed through the GaAs crystal at the end 2 and reflected at the mirror surface is reflected at the mirror 6 and passed through a condenser lense 7. The light quantity is converted to an electric quantity by a photodetected quantity sensor 8, and said quantity is converted to a temp. by an A/D conversion processing circuit of an amplifier circuit 10 to display the temp. on a display 11. Consequently, since the optical fiber of nonconductor of heat is used, a heat is not deprived from the measuring object, and the temp. can be mesured safely due to the high dielectric strength. |
