PURPOSE:To obtain a stainless steel sheet which is colored and assumes a uniform color tone with no compound color by pickling a stainless steel sheet and finishing it by polishing while leaving the pickled surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel sheet is annealed, pickled, and subjected to skin pass rolling. The pickled steel sheet is polished while leaving the pickled surfaces, and it is colored by immersion in a coloring soln. By thie method the stainless steel sheet is colored and assumes a uniform color tone with no compound color. |
