PURPOSE:To eliminate clogging in a container or a tube resulting from aluminum powder caused by decomposition, by storing aluminum diethyl hydride (ADEH) or a solution containing it at <= a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:In storing ADEH or a solution containing it, the storage temperature is set at <=40 deg.C.
