PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double valve plug device capable of improving efficiency of washing operation between a first valve body and a second valve body and improving sanitary property.SOLUTION: A double valve plug device which is arranged on a communication path to a pipeline for circulating a liquid product therethrough and can openably close a valve seat part disposed on the communication path includes: a first valve plug part having a first valve body which can be brought into close contact with one end part in an axial direction of the valve seat part and a second valve plug part having a second valve body which is driven independent of the first valve body, is formed so as to be brought into contact with or be separated from the first valve body and can be brought into close contact with the other end part in the axial direction of the valve seat part, a main diaphragm which can separate the interior of the pipeline and the second valve plug part being provided between the second valve body and a valve plug device main body part and, therein, a synthetic resin part integrally formed is formed on outer surface parts of the first valve body and the second valve body. |
