PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article dispensing device capable of preventing as much as possible unnecessary articles from being dispensed and readily performing operation necessary for this dispensing.SOLUTION: An article dispensing device 1 comprises: a handle 106 capable of being operated if a predetermined condition is established; a drum mechanism 200 that dispenses at least one article C from among a plurality of articles C housed in a housing 70 once the handle 106 is operated; and a lottery mechanism 40 that can perform a lottery on whether the predetermined condition is again established or not after the article C, which has been temporarily dispensed from the drum mechanism 200 and held in a temporarily dispensed state, is returned to a housing 70. A lottery performed by the lottery mechanism 40 is executed by lifting the article C held in the temporarily dispensed state with the operation of a lever 406. |
