PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating waste, in which heat efficiency is improved when burning the waste composed of pruned branches and dried grasses.SOLUTION: The method for treating waste includes the steps of: pulverizing waste composed of pruned branches and dried grasses; sieving the pulverized waste; feeding the waste having a size of approximately 7-15 mm obtained by sieving, into a combustion chamber to subject the waste to suspension burning; and exchanging heat of combustion by suspension burning with water in a boiler, thereby treating the waste. |
