The manufacturing method comprises: heating the liquid crystal panel (405) placed on the heating device (70); during the heating process, adjusting the position of the liquid crystal panel (405) in the heating device (70) through at least one angle adjusting process, the at least one angle adjusting process comprising: adjusting the angle between the liquid crystal panel (405) and a placing plane of the heating device (70) twice at least, with the absolute value of the angle between the liquid crystal panel (405) and the placing plane of the heating device (70) after each adjustment being greater than 0, and the sum of the angles between the liquid crystal panel (405) and the placing plane of the heating device (70) after the at least two adjustments being equal to 0. |
