The present invention relates to a big data construction system using an electronic contract or an electronic tax invoice, which constructs big data based on the electronic contract or the electronic tax invoice by interworking with an ERP electronic tax invoice service relaying system and performs trade information analysis, sale information analysis, credit information analysis, purchase pattern analysis, market estimation, and competitive information analysis in the constructed big data. According to the present invention, the big data construction system constructing the big data based on the electronic contract or the electronic tax invoice by interworking with the ERP electronic tax invoice service relaying system includes a big data construction server. The big data construction server receives the information on a purchase order, an order sheet, a bill, and a contract and stores the received information in a big database by dividing the received information into first business information which is business-related information, second business information which is product-related information, and third business information which is trade-related information. The big data construction server performs the trade information analysis, the sale information analysis, the credit information analysis, the purchase pattern analysis, the market estimation, and the competitive information analysis using the first business information, the second business information, and the third business information and transmits the information to a main portal server. The big data construction system uses a MapReduce framework based on Hadoop and an HDFS distribution file system.
