The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an aluminum window frame by heating, melting, and extruding cylindrical aluminum billets and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing an aluminum window frame comprising: a step of inputting the aluminum billets into a heating furnace; a step of continuously extruding the aluminum window frame after melting the aluminum billets; a step of continuously cutting the aluminum window frame extruded by a work length using a cutter; a step of naturally cooling the cut aluminum window frame while the aluminum window frame in a perpendicular direction; a step of correcting the naturally cooled aluminum window frame in a longitudinal direction; a step of cutting the corrected aluminum window frame by a product length; and a step of thermally treating the aluminum window frame cut by the product length. The present invention relates to the method of manufacturing the aluminum window frame capable of reducing labor costs and working hour; improve productivity; and reduce manufacturing costs by achieving work continuity by consistently performing the steps from the step of inputting the aluminum billets into the heating furnace (10) to the step of finally and thermally treating the aluminum window frame (S) in a heat treating furnace (80). |
