PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform priority processing of email from a disaster-stricken area.SOLUTION: Transfer devices 11, 12 transfer electronic mail transmitted from mobile terminals 31-33 situated in different respective areas. A mail server 20 performs transmission processing to transmit electronic mail transferred by any of the transfer devices 11, 12 to its destination. The mail server 20 transmits prescribed information to the transfer device 12 that transfers electronic mail from the mobile terminals 32, 33 in a disaster-stricken area 40 if a disaster occurs. The transfer device 12 adds the prescribed information to electronic mail to be transferred to the mail server 20. The mail server 20 preferentially performs transmission processing of electronic mail transferred with the added prescribed information to transmission processing of electronic mail without the added prescribed information. |
