The drive assembly has a four-bar linkage (34) comprising four articulation axes (G1-G4) that are aligned orthogonal to a common pinion axis (R) independent of selected relative position of clamping derailleur gears (32,40) relative to rear sprockets (14,16,18). An angle between a first joint plane connecting a pinion closer chain guide roller shaft and a clamping pivot axis (S) and a second joint plane connecting a pinion distant chain guide roller shaft (F44) and clamping pivot axis is 55 to 60[deg] . The constant first distance of a pinion closer chain guide roller shaft along clamping pivot axis is shorter than constant second distance of pinion distant chain guide roller shaft along clamping pivot axis. |
