PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for nucleic acid detection with improved reliability.SOLUTION: A device for nucleic acid detection includes: a substrate on which a sensor for nucleic acid detection is provided; a syringe in which fluid is filled and which includes one hole used for filling fluid and other hole for exhausting air at the filling provided at both longitudinal ends; a channel for connecting the sensor and the syringe; a flexible pressing part which is provided in the syringe and with which the fluid in the syringe is pushed out to the channel by being pushed; and a plate which supports the substrate and the channel and in which an opening is provided in a position corresponding to the pressing part. |
