The present invention relates to an LED down light device and an assembling method thereof. The LED down light device comprises: a main body composed of a first member having a power supply unit provided therein, a second member downwardly separated from the first member and fixed with the first member by a vertical frame, and an elastic clamp provided in an outer circumference surface of the second member; a heat radiating member of which an upper part is an opened circular shape, and having a plurality of heat radiating holes formed in an outer circumference surface; and a reflecting member of which a lower part is an opened circular shape, having an LED module installed in an inner surface of an upper part and a light diffusing plate installed in the lower part, coupled to an outer surface of the upper part since an outer surface of a lower part of the heat radiating member is tangential, and fixed to the second member by being inserted between the first and second members of the main body with the heat radiating member. |
