A common manufacturing method of multiple kinds of hamburgers mixes buns made of wheat dough and a patty made of beef, pork, chicken, etc. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rice-containing hamburger bun using bean flour, bean curd, glutinous rice flour, unglutinous rice flour, or barley flour instead of wheat flour and a medicinal herb as ingredients. The rice-containing hamburger bun has a flavor and a taste which are lacking in common hamburger buns. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a hamburger patty, which mixes at least one roasted meat selected from shark, silky fowl (Gallus gallus domesticus Brisson), and duck. The roasted meat can be taken in a form of a patty added to a hamburger which is fast food taken commonly. |
