PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized closer device and a door lock device for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A closer device switches between states of a latch mechanism by axial displacement of a spindle 34. A cancellation collar 38 side tip of the spindle 34 is formed in a spherical shape, and an end surface of a spindle 34 side tip of the cancellation collar 38 is formed in a planar shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
