The present invention provides a method for preparing an influenza virus hemagglutinin glycoprotein having a mammal sugar-type structure and no fucose. The method comprises: making influenza virus hemagglutinin HA gene express in a yeast mutant, to obtain a recombinant yeast; and culturing the recombinant yeast, to obtain the influenza virus hemagglutinin glycoprotein having a mammal sugar-type structure and no fucose.
