PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D-glucopyranosyl glycerol composition in which stability is improved.SOLUTION: The invention provides a D-glucopyranosyl glycerol composition containing 1-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl glycerol (1A), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl glycerol (1B), 2-O-α-D-mono- glucopyranosyl glycerol (2A), and 2-O-β-D-mono- glucopyranosyl glycerol (2B), wherein the ratio between the total mass (S1) of the compounds (1A) and (1B) and the total mass (S2) of the compounds (2A) and (2B) is 80:20-90:10 (the total of S1 and S2 is 100), and the ratio between the total mass (SA) of the compounds (1A) and (2A) and the total mass (SB) of the compounds (1B) and (2B) is 55:45-70:30 (the total of SA and SB is 100).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
