<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and simplify maintenance by protecting drinking water from reproduction of unwanted bacteria and by simplifying a device for supplying cold and hot drinking water, and to provide a water bag suitable for a drinking water server and a drinking water supply method. <P>SOLUTION: Water (8) in the water bag (4) is cooled, and the cold water (CW) is directly supplied from the water bag (4) as drinking water, and hot water (HW) obtained by heating the water (8) cooled in the water bag (4), that is, the cold water (CW) is supplied.
