The present invention relates to an emergency braking control method and apparatus, when controlling operation and stop of emergency braking through an advanced emergency braking system of a vehicle, which can enable emergency braking to occur as needed while preventing the emergency braking against driver′s intention, by accurately detecting information relative to driver′s intention such as a loading amount, a vehicle speed, a gear, and accelerator pedal opening in advance. |
