PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guidance system permitting navigation to a destination without depending on the display screen of a portable terminal and without requiring prior registration.SOLUTION: When a user inputs a user identification information for identifying oneself and destination information, and inputs guidance start instruction information into a portable terminal 100, the portable terminal 100 transmits the user identification information, the destination information, and the current place information of oneself to a route guidance control device 102. The route guidance control device 102 calculates a route from the current place shown by the current place information of the portable terminal 100 to the destination shown by the destination information. The calculated route is displayed as a route guidance constituted by the display information on a display device 104 installed on a determination difficult point on the route. A display form may be change according to a distance between the current place of the portable terminal 100 and the display device 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
