Provided are a composition, containing a histone deacetylase inhibitor, for differentiating stem cells into neural precursor cells, and a method using the same. Hereby, the differentiation into the neural precursor cells can be efficiently achieved within a fast time without forming an embryoid body from the stem cells. |
