APPARATUS FOR GENERATING SSSEP AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

According to the present invention, a device operating method for generating steady-state somatosensory evoked potential (SSSEP) of a brainwave comprises: a step of transmitting a first control signal which generates at least one electric stimulus having a different current, a frequency or a pulse width; a step of receiving a brainwave signal sensed as a response to the generated electric stimulus; a step of eliminating noise from the received brainwave signal; a step of extracting a feature point from the brainwave where noise is eliminated; a step of classifying each of the brainwaves by a command based on the feature point of the brainwave signal; and a step of receiving/transmitting a second control signal whose at least one among a current, a frequency, or a pulse width is changed. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for generating somatosensory evoked potential capable of providing different commands of the SSSEP.
