The present invention relates to a fermentation agitator which induces proliferation of microbes. The fermentation agitator of the present invention comprises: a main body (110) of which has an opening on the upper side and an internal space to store microbes; an agitation blade (120) which is installed at the bottom inside the main body (110) and agitates the microbes; and a driving motor (122) which is connected to the agitation blade (120) and rotates the agitation blade (120). The fermentation agitator of the present invention can adjust temperature and duration of a microbial fermentation and thus easily optimizes activity conditions of microbes while culturing photosynthetic bacteria using photosynthesis. |
