FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: invention concerns rock destruction tool, namely, to design of drilling one-cutter drilling bits, mainly of large diameter, intended for drilling soft and medium abrasive rocks. Cutter bit consists of body and cutters of spherical shape, movably fixed on journal body by means of bearing support. Rolling cutter is hollow and comprises central bushing with a journal of bit housing forms support-and-lock bearing assembly, as well as peripheral ribs forming spherical housing of rolling cutter and equipped with cutting elements.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of drilling process.1 cl, 1 dwg |
