PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive adhesive capable of achieving good conduction reliability and insulation properties by incorporating magnetic conductive particles which hardly cause completely demagnetized aggregation in a short time.SOLUTION: There is provided an anisotropic conductive adhesive having a structure in which magnetic conductive particles with a ferromagnetic layer composed of a ferromagnetic material formed on the surface of resin particles are dispersed in an insulating adhesive composition. The magnetic conductive particles are demagnetized by subjecting the ferromagnetic material of the ferromagnetic layer to high-frequency induction heating at the Curie temperature or higher in an inert gas atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
