Embodiments of the present invention provide a configuration method and device of a PCIe (peripheral component interconnect express) topology, comprising: acquiring identification information of each PCIe slot connected to a single board of a server and device information of a PCIe device connected to each PCIe slot, and determining the current connection relation between each PCIe device and the corresponding PCIe slot according to the identification information of the PCIe slots and the device information of the PCIe devices; modifying the configuration of a PCIe switch chip according to the current connection relation between each PCIe device and the corresponding PCIe slot. When a new application scenario occurs, after a user just adjusts the connection relations between the PCIe devices and the PCIe slots, the device can automatically modify the configuration of the PCIe switch chip according to the adjusted connection relations so as to complete the configuration of the PCIe topology without the need of adding a single board; accordingly, the server cost is reduced. In addition, by means of the change of the PCIe topology, one single board can support various application scenarios. |
