PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum-based conductive material which improves tensile strength, flex resistance and extensibility while enabling miniaturization of texture and reduction in residual strain, and can be used for wiring of a drive portion of a robot or various devices, and also to provide a cable using the same.SOLUTION: An aluminum-based conductive material 10 is obtained by processing an aluminum-scandium-based alloy which has been subjected to an aging treatment with an equivalent strain of 4 or more, and then releasing residual strain. The aluminum-based conductive material comprises a metal texture having crystal grains 11 of aluminum or an aluminum-based alloy having an average grain size of 2 μm or less, and aluminum-scandium-based nanoprecipitates 13 which have an average grain size of 1 nm or more and 60 nm or less and exist at grain boundaries 12 of the crystal grains 11 in an amount of 0.1 mass% or more and 1 mass% or less. A Vickers hardness is 50 or more and 70 or less. A fatigue strength at a repetition frequency of 10times in a fatigue test appling repeated bending load is at least 180 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
