[Problem] To provide a heat-conductive composite particle which can impart good heat conductivity to a resin molded article. [Solution] A heat-conductive composite particle (10) has a core-shell structure that is composed of: a base particle (12) comprising a polymeric compound having a crosslinked structure; and inorganic microparticles (14) supported on the surface of the base particle (12) and having heat conductivity. The base particle (12) is a spherical particle comprising: a polysaccharide, such as cellulose, which has a crosslinked structure; a synthetic polymer such as a crosslinked poly(meth)acrylic acid ester which has an anionic group or a cationic group on the surface thereof; or the like.
