The present invention, in a method for determining a transmission time point of a packet in a mobile device, comprises: a process of, when a transmission request for the packet from one or more applications being operated is detected, checking if the transmission time point of the packet can be delayed; a process of, when the transmission time point of the packet can be delayed, calculating the power gain generated by the delay of the transmission time point of the packet; and, a process of determining whether to delay the transmission time point of the packet according to the power gain calculated.
