The present invention relates to an X-ray photographing auxiliary device for infants and, specifically, to an auxiliary device for infants which can prevent X-ray re-photographing by securing infants who are relatively inattentive with a safe device when taking an X-ray, reduce the manpower and time spent when re-taking an X-ray and, in particular, reduce a risk factor that is X-ray re-photographing of infants vulnerable to X-rays. The auxiliary device comprises: a left support plate and a right support plate provided side by side on both sides of an infant; a left air cushion and a right air cushion respectively arranged on upper sides of the left support plate and the right support plate; at least one connection member provided as an elastic body which connects the left support plate and the right support plate to each other; and a fixing member arranged between the left support plate and the right support plate.
