The present invention provides a laminated sheet which can be easily bonded to a heating element, and moreover, can be properly used as a heat spreader with high radioactivity, and a method for manufacturing the laminated sheet. The laminated sheet (10) comprises: a metal sheet layer including a heat radiating layer (11) which contains a heat radiating filler (C) and a binder component, and a metal layer (12); and an adhesive layer (2) laminated in a surface of the metal layer (12) of the metal sheet layer (1).
