<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective coated article excellent in retroreflective ability and a method of manufacturing the retroreflective coated article, for efficiently obtaining such a retroreflective coated article. <P>SOLUTION: The retroreflective coated article is a retroreflective coated article constructed by forming a retroreflective coating film comprised of at least a film formation resin, a reflective material and glass bead on a coated surface to provide retroreflective ability.
