Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a self-supported catalyst made of hollow porous carbon having structural regularity and containing a transition metal. The method for manufacturing a self-supported catalyst according to the present invention comprises the following steps forming a mixture of porphyrin having a transition metal and hollow porous silica having structural regularity; and manufacturing hollow porous carbon having structural regularity and containing the transition metal, wherein the hollow porous carbon having structural regularity and containing the transition metal has specific surficial area of 930-2,000 m^2/g, and pore volume of 1.02-2.0 cm^3/g. |
