A liquid crystal display lower substrate assembly (100) for assembling with a liquid crystal display upper substrate assembly; the liquid crystal display lower substrate assembly (100) comprises a bearing plate (10), a first phase-matching pad (11), a first phase-matching line (12) and a first group of transferring pads (13) having a conducting function; the first phase-matching pad (11), the first phase-matching line (12) and the first group of transferring pads (13) are disposed on the bearing plate (10); the first phase-matching pad (11) is electrically connected to the first phase-matching line (12) to receive a voltage signal and transmit the voltage signal to the first phase-matching line (12); the first group of transferring pads (13) are electrically connected to the first phase-matching line (12) at intervals to receive the voltage signal, such that the voltage signal is transmitted to the first group of common electrodes of the liquid crystal display upper substrate assembly when the liquid crystal display lower substrate assembly (100) is assembled with the liquid crystal display upper substrate assembly; and both the first group of transferring pads (13) and the connection portion between the first group of transferring pads (13) and the first phase-matching line (12) do not cross any other phase-matching line on the bearing plate (10), thus avoiding the problem of unfavorable phase matching of liquid crystal.
