The present invention relates to a device for mobile payment, a method, and a recording medium thereof capable of strengthening security by performing a normal payment process when a member store terminal and a user terminal are adjacent to each other, and mutually recognized by each other through a wireless local area communications path using Bluetooth or the like. The device for the mobile payment according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a local area communications module; a long distance communications module; a first control unit; a second control unit; and a third control unit. The local area communications module is the member store terminal installed in a member store, and performs wireless local area communications. The long distance communications module performs long distance communications. The first control unit wirelessly transmits the information on the member store through the local area communications module, and provides the information on the member store to the user terminal which is located within a predetermined distance. The second control unit transmits a payment request confirmation message including the real information on the member store, and recognized information on the member store in the payment request message to a payment gateway device or a card company payment system when the payment request message including the information on the member store and the user information recognized by the user terminal is received through the local area communications module. The third control unit continuously performs or blocks a follow-up payment process based on the response to the payment request confirmation message transmitted from the payment gateway device of the card company payment system. The first control unit can transmit the information on member store by irregularly changing or encoding the information on the member store. |
