<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield cover which reduces resonance. <P>SOLUTION: A shield cover 70 includes: a cover body part 72 having a plane surface part 72a and attached to a housing 11a; and an arm part 74 having a plane surface part fixed end part 74c provided at a tip of a portion which extends from a fastened end part 74a fastened to the housing 14a along an outer shape of the cover body part 72.
