PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting and sowing type field working machine which can easily and effectively solve the problem of low-speed accuracy deterioration in azimuth detection using a satellite.SOLUTION: A planting and sowing type field working machine comprises: a field working apparatus 2; a positioning unit 5 having a GNSS module 50, for outputting positioning data; an automatic steering part 83 for automatically steering a traveling machine body so as to travel along a travel path based on the positioning data and the travel path in a working travel path where the field working machine travels while driving the field working apparatus 2 among calculated travel paths; a low-speed shift state determination part 84 for determining a low-speed shift state in which a travel speed is shifted to a predetermined speed or lower on the basis of a state signal which is output by detecting states of the traveling machine body 1 and the field working apparatus 2; and an automatic steering determination part 82 for stopping the automatic steering if the low-speed shift state has been determined during the execution of the automatic steering.
