PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control transmitter in which a detachment state can be stably detected for a power supply side.SOLUTION: A remote control transmitter has a power supply part 8, an operation part 9, a first transmitter 10 for transmitting a first infrared signal for controlling control target equipment 14 upon operation of the operation part 9, a second transmitter 11 for transmitting a second infrared signal of a detection signal, a controller 12 and a power reception part 13. When the controller 12 determines that the power reception part 13 is supplied with power from the external, the second infrared signal is transmitted from the second transmitter 11. When the controller 12 determines that the power reception part 13 is supplied with no power from the external, the second infrared signal is not transmitted from the second transmitter 11. |
