SCRIBING APPARATUS AND SCRIBING METHOD FOR TEMPERED GLASS SUBSTRATE

In the present invention, provided are a scribe method and a scribe device capable of reliably forming a scribe line even on a reinforced glass substrate by an inner scribing method. The method includes the steps of: (a) lowering a cutter wheel (11) having a groove from a side of a substrate (M) to come in contact with an inner starting point, forming a groove by rolling the cutter wheel (11) forward to a return point (P2) near the start point (P1) in a scribe plan line direction, and moving the cutter wheel (11) back from the groove; (b) lifting the cutter wheel (11) up to move the cutter wheel (11) in a groove width direction and then lowering the cutter wheel (11) again to come in contact and moving the cutter wheel (11) back and forth with respect to the return point (P2) to widen the width of the processed groove in order to form one trigger groove (T) to be used as the digging point of the cutter wheel (11); and (c) pressing and vibrating the cutter wheel (11) with the groove or another normal cutter wheel (12) from the trigger groove (T) to the end point (P3) of the scribe plan point in order to form a scribe line (S).
