PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branched flexible circuit having a flat conductive layer to be electrically connected to a detecting electrode.SOLUTION: A tissue electrode assembly includes a film configured so as to form an adaptable body being expandable so as to be developable within a patient, and the assembly further includes a flexible circuit 89 arranged on the surface of the film, and includes at least one base substrate layer, at least one insulation layer, and at least one flat conductive layer. Electricity-conductive electrodes 6 cover at least a portion of the flexible circuit, and cover a portion of the surface of the film uncovered with the flexible circuit, and the electricity-conductive electrodes are foldable on the electrodes themselves together with the film, and have a delivery structure having a diameter suitable to minimum invasive delivery of the assembly to the patient. |
