Provided are a method, apparatus and device for testing response time of a user interface of a terminal, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring images on a screen of a terminal according to image frames and recording time information corresponding to the images (S102); determining a time point for stopping acquiring a last frame of image according to a variation rate of two adjacent frames of images (S104); and determining response time of a user interface of the terminal according to acquisition time information of a first frame of image and the time point of the last frame of image during the acquisition (S106).
