PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent resistance of an organic EL element from increasing even when a light-emitting device including the organic EL element is inflected.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises a substrate 110, an auxiliary electrode 124, a first electrode 120, an organic layer 130, and a second electrode 140. The auxiliary electrode 124 is formed on the substrate 110. The first electrode 120 is formed on the substrate 110 and the auxiliary electrode 124. The first electrode 120 is formed using a material containing metal, for example, metal oxide. The organic layer 130 is formed on the first electrode 120. The second electrode 140 is formed on the organic layer 130. A surface on which the organic layer 130 is formed in the first electrode 120 includes a concave-convex part 122 having larger surface roughness than other regions along an edge of the auxiliary electrode 124. |
