PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail coping and a lighting unit, excellent in workability.SOLUTION: A handrail coping comprises a coping material 2 having longitudinally insertably a downward opening cutout part and a lighting unit 3 fixed in the cutout part, and is constituted by arranging and holding a light source unit 4 and an electric power supply cable 5 in the width direction. A lighting unit forms illumination by being fixed to the coping material 2, and comprises the light source unit 4 formed by mounting a light-emitting element at a predetermined pitch on a printed circuit board, the electric power supply cable 5 electrically connected to the printed circuit board and a case 7 fixed to the coping material 2, and the lighting unit 3 is constituted by arranging and holding the light source unit 4 and the electric power supply cable 5 in the width direction of the inside. |
