PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, DC-DC converter, switching power supply device, and information processing device which are capable of improving efficiency of a converter circuit.SOLUTION: A control device, DC-DC converter, switching power supply device, and information processing device comprise: a generation unit for generating a drive signal for driving a switching element 33 so that a value of output voltage of a converter circuit 30 for performing step-down of input power by driving the switching element 33 agrees with a target value; and a change unit 23 for changing the target value so that the drive signal makes the value of the output voltage be closer to the upper limit value of the output voltage as output current of the converter circuit is smaller. |
