METHODS FOR OVER-EXPRESSION OF FOREIGN GENES IN PLANT USING INFECTIOUS CLONES OF CUCUMBER MOSAIC VIRUS

PURPOSE: An overexpression method of a foreign gene in plant body using cucumber mosaic virus is provided to simply and massively produce useful protein with low price. CONSTITUTION: An overexpression of foreign gene in plant using infectious clone of cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant vector containing RNA1a gene of CMV; a step of inserting the foreign gene into an expression vector having restriction enzyme site; a step of transforming Agrobacterium tumefaciens to the recombinant vector to obtain transformant; and a step of mixing Agrobacterium tumefaciens transformant into plant body.
