A data link intermediating apparatus and a communication system having the same are provided to obtain the same effect as an actual microgrid pilot plant by forming a computer-based RTDS and an interface so as to be the same as the actual microgrid driving state. A data link intermediating apparatus comprises a display device(310), a communication interface(320), a hard wire interface(330), a processor(340) and an EPLD(Erasable Programmable Logic Device)(350). The communication interface transmits and receives signals for monitoring and controlling the states of an MMS(Microgrid Management System)(210) and component devices within a microgrid. The hard wire interface transmits and receives driving states of main microgrid components which are being simulated by RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulator)(220) and control commands. The processor implements various communication protocols for driving the communication interface.
