PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive inkjet device with high productivity by raising the intensity of light and capable of recording on various kinds of media to be printed. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curing type inkjet recording device includes a medium to be recorded conveying means conveying the media to be recorded, an inkjet head discharging an ink curable by casting ultraviolet to the media to be recorded conveyed by the medium to be recorded conveying means based on image signals, and an ultraviolet irradiating means curing the ink discharged on the media to be recorded by the head, wherein the ultraviolet irradiating means includes a plurality of aperture type hot cathode tubes, and the aperture opening is inclined so as to increase the overlap of areas irradiated with light at least in one set of the plurality of aperture type hot cathode tubes.
