<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a service cost generated in association with a recall for each customer, and calculate a total amount of the service costs. <P>SOLUTION: The cost management system comprises an internal instruction slip storage means which stores cost-collectable internal instruction slips; an ordering slip storage means which stores cost-uncollectable ordering slips; a cost information storage means which stores cost information associated with the internal instruction slips; a cost collection processing means which performs, based on the cost information accumulated in the cost information storage means, cost collection processing for each internal instruction slip; a first settlement processing means which performs processing for transferring the internal instruction slip-based cost information collected by the cost collection processing means to ordering slips associated with the internal instruction slips; and a second settlement processing means which performs processing for further tabulating and transferring the cost information transferred to the ordering slips to a corresponding master internal instruction slip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
